| EUROMAC CNC PUNCHING MACHINES |
Thinking of buying a CNC turret punching machine? Stop and think for a minute. Why settle for just a few multitool stations? Most CNC turret machine have only two multi-tool stations that allow for full rotation. With the Euromac, you have six multi-tool stations that can hold up to 10 tools each! That’s 60 tools that all rotate 360 degrees. No longer are you limited to rectangular nesting. Dynamic nest like a laser. Another great benefit of the Euromac CNC punching machine is the price. Customers have called looking for a used machine. They ended up purchasing a new machine that is faster than an older, used machine, plus it has a warranty, and costs about the same as a used machine.

The situation is clear: you need to produce more and more complex parts in lower sizes with greater quality, in less time and less price!
The answer is EUROMAC with an innovative machine concept focusing on flexibility for:
- A variety of materials such as mild steel, stainless steel, aluminum, brass, copper, in any given sequence.
- A variety of standard sheet sizes (50” x 80” without repo) as well as oversized material and/or even flat bars up to 390” length whose access is easily allowed from the three sides thanks to the monoblock C-shape.
- A variety of thick turret single tools (up to D size - Ø 88,90 mm), multitools with 4 - 6 - 10 stations and adapter for TRUMPF® style tools.
- A variety of applications: EUROMAC machines punch, nibble, form, tap, engrave, mark, bead, bend, extrude or produce arcs, louvers, grids, countersinks, or create several holes in single hits.
- An available punching force with a maximum of 33 tons to process also thicker sheets or materials with higher tensile strength, to punch larger holes in one hit instead of nibbling and to use a wider range of special tools which require a higher tonnage.
