TRUMPF TRUMARK LASER MARKING SYSTEMS

Everything you need for a complete marking system: from the marking laser to the standalone workstation to the user software

TRUMPF Laser Marking System's product program includes marking lasers with wave lengths in the IR range 1064 nm to 532 nm up to near UV with 355 nm. All TruMark machines are easily operated and programmed with the marking software. In addition, there is a range of software options available for a great variety of marking tasks.

Laser marking with its highly economical performance and product quality sets it apart from conventional marking methods such as mechanical embossing and print processes.

We recommend appropriate laser systems according to our customers' requirements. Our application and demonstration centers are equipped to show the capabilities of our machines to produce your marking samples.

Trumpf Vectormark

The complete solution for stand-alone operation

Our marking systems come into their own where small batch sizes and dissimilar work pieces are involved. A complete system with the smallest footprint imaginable is available that meets the most varying of demands. The operator loads and positions the work piece manually and also removes it manually once marking is finished. All models of the TruMark marking laser can be integrated ex works and comply then with laser safety class 1.

Function:
After entering the program name and pressing the START button:

  • the lift door closes
  • the Z axis travels to the required position (correct working distance)
  • the work piece is marked
  • the door opens once marking has been completed

Design Features :

  • Motorized front door
  • Numerically controlled Z axis for adapting the focus position to varying work piece heights
  • Robust, welded construction for industrial use
  • Available as sit-down or standing version
  • Integrated laser cooling against air or water-to-water cooling with external chiller
  • Integrated fume and particle extraction system with active carbon filter (optional)
  • Additional axes can be integrated (optional)

Installation:

  • Only one single-phase 115/230V connection required (three-phase in case of VWS 1200)
  • Can be performed by trained operator himself

Safety and Maintenance:

  • Safety enclosure guarantees compliance with laser safety class 1
  • Remote maintenance possible: All sensors can be accessed via Telediagonistics
