The EdgeBreaker® 2000 edge deburring & rounding machine is designed for versatile processing after punching and laser cutting. Cross-running brushes are outfitable with various processing media. This allows you to individually adjust for the correct amount of deburring and edge rounding. The machine is designed for double-sided processing in just one single pass.

The EdgeBreaker® 2000 measures the remaining length of the abrasive media and automatically compensates for the wear, further minimizing operator error.
