EdgeRacer®

The EdgeRacer® procceses thin parts, even three dimensional or deformed parts, double-sided in just one single pass. This makes the machine particularly economcial for medium to high quantities in industrial sheet metal processing.

The EdgeRacer® deburring system efficiently edge rounds and deburrs inner and outer edges, double-sided. This allows for high-quality results with 100% reproducibility. The 3D parts deburring machine is also capable of processing three-dimensionally formed parts and sheets effortlessly. Additionally, the EdgeRacer® can also remove any oxide layer from the cutting edge of the material.

  The EdgeRacer® is also capable of removing the oxide layer among the cutting edges of the material.
